Explore by Touch

Published 6 October 2026 by Salih Kunduz

Explore by Touch allows a screen reader user to move a finger around the screen and hear the items located underneath it. Moving the finger changes accessibility focus without immediately activating the item, while a separate gesture such as a double tap is normally used to activate the focused control.
