Navigation Bar

Last updated on 21 October 2024

The Navigation Bar contains software buttons located at the bottom of the screen on Android phones. These buttons include the Home key in the middle, along with the Back and Recent (or Overview) buttons. By turning off the Navigation Bar, users can replace the button functions with specific gestures, a feature known as gesture navigation. On some devices, the order of these buttons can also be changed.
