Güven Phone is an accessible, privacy-focused phone app for Android, designed from the ground up for TalkBack, Jieshuo and other screen readers. It replaces your default dialer. It is free, has no ads and asks for no internet permission: your contacts and call history stay on your phone. It is developed together with a community of blind and visually impaired testers and is updated regularly.
Features:
- Four tabs: Favorites, Recent Calls, Contacts and Keypad, with a letter slider in Contacts.
- An accessible call screen and full-screen incoming calls.
- Caller name announcement with adjustable rate, volume and audio channel.
- Automatic Speaker: switches between speaker and earpiece as you move the phone away from or to your ear.
- Optional: turn a ringing phone face down to silence it, lift it to your ear to answer, or answer automatically after a chosen delay (by default only with a headset and only for contacts).
- Dual SIM support, speed dial on keys 2 to 9 and voicemail on 1.
- Recent Calls with grouping, call details and call statistics by week, month or year.
- Contacts with multiple numbers, groups, a choice of which accounts to show, SIM contacts, and VCF import and export.
- Blocking of numbers and number prefixes, and quick SMS replies.
- Feedback from Settings, with an optional diagnostic report that contains no names, numbers or messages.
- Available in 16 languages.

Accessibility and User Comments:
Accessibility actions are supported on the Calls, Favorites, and Contacts tabs, allowing screen reader users to perform common actions more efficiently.
An accessible letter slider is available at the top of the contacts list, making it easy to navigate between letters using swipe up and swipe down gestures.
Optionally, the keypad can open automatically during calls, so there is no need to press an additional button to display it.
A full-size dialpad widget can be added to your home screen, so you can dial a number and start the call without launching the app
Incoming call announcement using Text-to-Speech (TTS) is also supported and can be enabled or disabled.

Hi Ronan, sorry for the late reply. Güven Phone is now available in Romanian, along with 15 other languages. Please update to the latest version from Google Play. The app follows your phone’s language by default, and you can also choose a language manually under Settings > Display Settings > App Language.
I hope this dialler will be maintained for long: I installed it yesterday and it is now my default dialler. ACRPhone is now my default spam and blocker, while Guven phone is my default phone.

Hello, in the recent calls list, is it possible to add a call button directly after the call information, instead of tapping on the call and expanding the list to find the call button?
Thanks for the suggestion! In Recent Calls, you can now call directly from the list. When Tap to Call is enabled, tapping an entry — or double-tapping it with a screen reader — calls the number back. You can find Tap to Call under the Accessibility section in Settings. Each entry’s actions menu also includes a Call Back option.
