Soft braille keyboard is a virtual braille keyboard that allows you to write, manipulate and dictate text, using Google voice recognition. It uses Liblouis and involves the use of several braille tables.
Details
In this new version the Italian 6-point table which has been adapted and the English one certainly work. Other languages are also supported, but the tables have not been tested. There are two typing modes: the vertical one which involves holding the phone between the two palms with the short sides and the screen away from you, and the horizontal one which involves placing the device on a flat surface. In this case it will be necessary to arrange your fingers horizontally, side by side, as if writing with a Perkins. It is also possible to change the arrangement of the dots. The keyboard includes a calibration function. In general, the fingers of the left hand move the cursor for characters, words and lines and the fingers of the right hand allow you to delete text, enter space and new lines.
You can select part of the text and then perform the usual editing operations. It is therefore possible to cut and copy the text, it is possible to move the cursor to a certain point in the text and then paste it, and it is also possible to delete all the text entered. The guide was written in 2016, but the gestures and functions are the same. Using Jieshuo you can open the edit field without having to do anything else. When using Talk back, you will need to turn off your screen reader before you start typing.

The complete user guide is available within the app
The developer of the app posted an update to make Soft Braille Keyboard 64-bit compatible, and he states that he will not be able to offer any technical support or will not be adding anything further to the app. He also strongly encourages folks to use the Braille keyboard built into talkback, as it is now actively maintained and doesn’t require disabling talkback.

I’m getting a 404 as well 🙁 need a braille keyboard that works with CSR! Advanced Braille Keyboard (ABK) is just too buggy! I used to use SBK when I had a 32 bit device and loved it, but now how do I get the 64 bit version?
Sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve just corrected the download link.
