Accessible Android and Blind Android users podcast join forces

Erişilebilir Android AKA Accessible Android and Blind Android users podcast join forces!

Accessible Android, the resource portal for visually impaired Android users in Turkey, and Blind Android Users, with its continuous longest-running podcast content on Android and accessibility worldwide, are joining forces.

Accessible Android

Established on March 5, 2022, the Accessible Android team set out to support and bring together all visually impaired people using Android devices in Turkey. In a short time, we reached a considerable user base and produced 300 written content almost in 1 year.

Blind Android Users Podcast

Aiming to bring the best and longest-running Android podcast globally since its debut on December 18, 2020, the Blind Android Users podcast has not only become the one place for anything relating to Android from a blindness perspective, but also runs the largest email forum and a Telegram group for blind Android users around the world; thus featuring a lot of Android developers and phone reviews on its weekly podcast episodes.

Better, stronger together

Based on the fact that we both share the same point that Android can be used as an accessible mobile operating system and that prejudices should be left behind, we decided to join forces as two successful teams in the field. We joined forces by bringing the audio content of the Blind Android Users Podcast alongside the written content on Accessible Android.

This merger will allow all of you blind Android users around the world to contribute to us whenever you want. By using the Submit Content Page, you can share the written content you have on any topic with us.
Consequently, if you would like to share your “Android journey” story, the Blind Android Users podcast would gladly have you come on and tell your story.

We at accessible Android already have our Android app but without english content we can’t have our place in your device. Please donate Blind Android Users using Paypal for us to cover development costs.
