Accessibility Notes:

Accessibility status:

Fully accessible.

Accessibility and user comments:

The app is fully accessible with TalkBack, with no unlabeled buttons.

Accessibility support is explicitly mentioned in the app's description, and the app even provides TalkBack actions in many places. For instance, one can expand or collapse info and programs for each radio channel via TalkBack actions. You need to create an account first, or log in via your account. The account-related operations as well as resetting the password, if necessary, are done via your web browser, and everything else is handled by the app itself. BBC Sounds displays 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen: Home, Music, Podcasts, My sounds, and Search. The Home tab displays all radio channels along with their schedules which can be expanded, activated or skipped, again via TalkBack actions.

Last Tested App version and Android version:

App version: 2.15.1.20683. Android14
