Accessibility and User Comments:

The app is fully accessible. Fully accessible

Though no TalkBack actions have been implemented for this app, Grammarly developers have made it fully accessible to the point that it has very few unlabeled buttons.

Upon opening the app for the first time, it asks for a few permissions including the famous but difficult-to-grant Accessibility permission. The app needs it to navigate around controls and text boxes easily, and does its best to assure users that no data will be shared or stored on the cloud. Having moved past the initial questions and the optional tutorial, we land on the main window of the app. On the left corner of the screen, we have a control which TalkBack reads it as "GA." When opened, it allows us to upgrade the app to Premium for some extra options or sign out of our Premium account. Below that, a control, named "Drafts," appears which, when clicked, does nothing. Swiping right, we reach the "Info" button, which, again, apparently does nothing, followed by the "Add new" button which generates a new draft. To the right of that we have our first few drafts organized by creation date, followed by the View All button which, when clicked, displays more drafts provided that more drafts actually exist. The Settings controls opens the Settings window which, among other things, allows us to select the dialect and hide or show the Notification toggle. The Blocked apps button, to the right of Settings, allows us to block Grammarly if we don't want it to appear in certain apps. And, last but not least, we have the Share feedback," Demo tutorial, and Support controls.

Speaking of its interaction with TalkBack, Grammarly operates unobtrusively, meaning it doesn't interfere with the typing operation. However, if you finish typing, or dictating, and then explore around the Edit box, you can find Grammarly suggestions followed by the Ignore suggestion button. Double-tapping each suggestion accepts it and edits your typed text, and double-tapping the Ignore suggestion button disregards the suggestion.
