There are more than 400,000 audiobooks on Libro.fm, including bestsellers and bookseller picks, and your audiobook purchases are synced with the app immediately so you can start listening right away.
As well as being able to listen through the app, you can download your books in MP3 format meaning you can play them in any app or on any platform of your choice.
Accessibility and User Comments:
The app is mainly accessible. However, users will need to double tap the "See all" button in the library tab in order to browse titles. Otherwise Talkback will not read the titles displayed.
While not an accessibility issue, the app's own player is somewhat basic: while you can skip forwards and backwards through a book, it does not appear possible to adjust the speech rate. As with many apps offering purchased content, books must be bought on the libro.fm website though credits can be redeemed for books within the app.
