Accessibility and User Comments:
Every phone has an in-built “Search” utility. The primary function of this in-built utility is to search within the Apps Drawer and the web. With “Quick Search,” however, the search is universal. It doesn’t matter whether one is searching for an on-device app, Play Store app, folder, or contact, this app has it all. Simply choose what you would like it to have access to during onboarding.
Upon installing and launching the app, you are taken to a screen where you can choose what you want it to have access to.
There are On/Off switches to the right of each item.
At the bottom is the “Next” button. Tapping it takes you to the second page where you can enable searching from different engines such as Google, Gemini, OpenAI, Play Store, Maps, YouTube, etc.
As a matter of fact, it supports around 25 different sources.
Tapping “Next” takes you to the last page where you have other options you can turn on, including APKs, videos, documents, folders, etc.
At the bottom is the “Start Search” button.
Tapping “Start Search” opens the keyboard where you can type what you are looking for.
At the top-right corner is the “Settings” button.
Pay attention to the items in Settings, as there are many items with submenus that can be customized to your liking.
The app is free with no ads and, on top of that, it is open source.
Accessibility
In my perusal of the app, I did not come across any accessibility issues.
This is not to say that there may not be any, as I only spent a short time exploring the app.
