Every modern phone these days comes with a native file manager, much like every phone comes with its own native launcher.
In the event that the native file manager that comes with your phone doesn’t meet your needs, UFM Pro might just be what you’re looking for.
I wouldn’t be exaggerating when I refer to it as the “Swiss Army Knife” of file managers.
In other words, it can do almost anything expected from a file manager. Furthermore, installing it on an Android or Google-powered TV makes app installation and other file management tasks a breeze.
Upon installing and launching UFM, the first screen deals with language selection.
The app usually detects the system language automatically, but if it doesn’t, simply tap the displayed language and choose the preferred one from the list of supported languages.
Next, tap “Set Default” to continue.
The second screen contains the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Both must be opened and agreed to before continuing. Open each one, scroll to the bottom, check the agreement checkbox, and tap “Continue.” After agreeing to both, tap the “Continue” button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Tapping “Continue” takes the process to the third page, which shows the app permissions.
Some permissions are mandatory for the app to work, such as “All files access,” while others are optional, such as app installation access.
Tap “Continue” at the bottom-right corner to proceed to the next page.
You are now in the main interface of the app, where the main features are displayed. Among them is “Internal Storage,” which opens folders stored on the device’s internal storage.
The app is generally accessible, with no unlabeled buttons. However, when navigating inside “Settings,” items are announced twice when swiping or exploring with a screen reader.
Before announcing each folder or file name, the screen reader says “file icon.”

Thank you very much for this review, I am the developer and I am glad you and your community are enjoying this application.
It was born due to the fact that myself had limitations with USB etc, thus this file manager was created.
Just an update since this recording, I have broken the 15k+ downloads already and is on a 4.7 Star rating still.
There has been a lot of additional features that has been added since this recording and is doing weekly updates, as I have always stated, this file manager is built for the community by the community and for me that is key, I have always been transparent with what is being collected and what not, but to take it a step further I have recently also released a FOSS version where anyone can review the code.
